I don’t know about you guys, but I want to eat my feelings after the trauma from last week. I want to eat food that is warm and comforting. I want to get all of the creamy, gluten-ey food in before we embark on the elimination diet.
Yes! We are planning to start it after Thanksgiving. Amelia, Michael, and I all suffer from stomach troubles at times and Amelia has been battling with terrible skin rashes on her legs for a few months now. I figured the elimination diet can’t hurt and will hopefully give us some answers. Also, I think it will be easier if all three of us do it together.
Have any of you done the elimination diet? How’d it go for you? Any tips or advice?
Before our food life gets extremely boring, let’s gorge!
Remember last week’s tacos? They were delicious! My taco fix has not been quenched so we are going to try these this week. This recipe is from the Skinnytaste blog which I love! I also have one of their cookbooks which has turned out to be a great purchase.
Salmon is my favorite fish. Many people don’t like salmon because it’s “fishy” which I think is hilarious because isn’t that the point of fish? To be “fishy”? Anyway, this is an easy foil recipe that should be super flavorful. I will pair this dish with brown rice and roasted brussel sprouts.
I’ve never made anything like this before! I love spaghetti and I love pie! Why not combine the two?
The ultimate comfort food! Chicken and dumplings are my favorite! This recipe looks easy and delicious.
