Happy Monday friends! I didn’t post a meal plan last week because life was insane and I didn’t meal plan at all. By the middle of the week I regretted not meal planning because I was uninterested in cooking, I hated all the food in the house, and I was unmotivated to make nutritious meals. I ended up eating out and making lots of boxed things and my stomach hates me now. Moral of the story, meal planning is worth it!
This week we are trying out some toddler-friendly labeled recipes because all my daughter wants to eat these days is Pirate Booty and cookies. I’m also either getting sick or suffering from allergies due to this insane weather so homemade chicken noodle soup is on the menu to help with that. Maybe one day I’ll blog my recipe. I am so behind on blogging things. I have a perfect Fix that I have yet to blog about waiting in the dusty corners of my queue. Lots of life changes happening right now so bear with me.
