Happy New Year! As you all know from my Final 2016 Gratitude Friday post, I’m happy to see the end of 2016. I’m hopeful and excited for this new year. It’s going to be a good one! I can feeeeeeeel it.
This week’s meal plan only consists of 2 recipes because my brother and sister-in-law are coming to town to visit for the week and I suspect we’ll be eating out a lot. I don’t want to get a bunch of groceries just to have them go bad before we eat them all. These 2 recipes don’t require a ton of perishable items so they are perfect choices for this week.
