Another week another meal plan. Last week’s meal plan was boring as hell! It was a week where we did some spring cleaning of the cupboards. The food I cooked was nothing exciting which is why we won’t go into the details.
This week, though, is going to be much more delicious! So, I’ve been having some blood sugar issues and believe I’m in need of more protein in my diet so this week will be heavy on the meat.
