Yep, you read that right! I jumped from Fix #10 to Fix #13. Why you ask? Absolutely nothing fit that was sent in the last two fixes. Everything was so big that it didn’t look good enough to photograph so I didn’t. I did keep a cute clutch from Fix #11 but everything else was sent back. It really is important that you update your style profile periodically to make sure everything is up to date and accurate.
For this fix, I requested that Jessica only send casual, summery tops. I think Jessica understands me because every top had a cute pattern – I’m a sucker for cute patterns.
What is Stitch Fix?
Okay, drumroll please…
Papermoon – Tesi Woven Split Back Knit Tank $44
I really loved the style and fit of this top. I don’t have any split back tops which are very trendy right now so I was excited about trying this trend out. The color is where things went wrong. You can’t tell in these pictures but this top is electric, neon orange. I really don’t like neon anything.
Skies are Blue – Bowood Keyhole Detail Blouse $48
I pinned this top to my Stitch Fix Pinterest board so I was happy to see it in this fix. This blouse fits well and I like the keyhole detail. Unfortunately, this piece is 100% polyester which I don’t think will be very comfortable to wear during the summer. Also, I was just sort of underwhelmed by this top.
Papermoon – Holden Scoop Neck Blouse $38
I almost kept this blouse. I like the color and dots. The sleeves are a nice detail and it fits well. I apparently have something against polyester in the summer because this is another 100% polyester top. I just don’t think I’ll be comfortable wearing polyester in the summer.
Loveapella – Earny Swing Knit Top $48
Yes! Yes! Yes! This is exactly the sort of casual, comfy, stylish summer top I’m looking for. The material is very soft and it fits perfectly. I love the exotic pattern and the colors. Welcome to my closet little beauty!
Alice Blue – Earlson Split Neck Blouse $44
This is another top I pinned. I can always be won over with a funky pattern. I’m not surprised Jessica included this top in my fix because the pattern is very me. Unfortunately, this top just didn’t fit right.
Haven’t tried Stitch Fix yet? I highly recommend you give it a try! It is so much fun! I would greatly appreciate it if you’d use my referal link. I receive a small commission if you do so which goes to help support my Stitch Fix addiction so I can write more posts like this one.
Stay tuned for Fix #14! My birthday is in June so it will be a birthday fix. I can’t wait to see what Jessica comes up with! Here are my other fixes to tide you over until then 🙂
