December is here and things are getting seriously merry at my house. I’m going a bit all out on the holiday decorations because this is the first Christmas Amelia will be aware and interactive. I must say, the holidays are so much more fun with kids! You get to be a kid again yourself and I freaking love it!
The last few fixes I’ve had a new stylist. Jessica has been my long time stylist, but she passed me off to Nat Q. a few fixes ago because she was sick. Well, I loved Nat Q’s picks and fresh take on my style so much that I’ve been requesting her ever since and guess what! She’s been consistently sending me potential 5/5 fixes every time. I love and hate that! The hate is only because I don’t have a trust fund. Ugh! WTF!? 🙂
Before getting to the fix, here is a brief explanation for those of you unfamiliar with Stitch Fix.

Without further ado…
Here is my December fix!
Liverpool – Elizabeth Super Skinny Jean
I received a light-wash denim pair of these same jeans in my last fix and loved them! I requested my stylist send another pair in a different wash/color. For some reason these were shorter in length than my other ones so I sadly had to send them back.
41Hawthorn – Catania Knit Jacket
I really wanted to keep this gorgeous jacket! I love the all of the details as well as the pattern. The fabric is very soft and warm. I was on a budget and had to exhibit some self control. Lame, I know! I didn’t see a need for this jacket as I have something similar from this fix so I regretfully sent this beauty back. sigh First world problems. I was also worried that the back was too short, but after looking at these pictures I’m not so sure anymore. What do you all think? Should I have kept this?
Andrew Marc – Tammer Puffer Coat
I desperately need a winter coat so I requested one for this fix. I told my stylist that I’m not a faux fur collar fan. She took note and sent this lovely my way! How did she read my mind and know that I wanted a winter coat with a little bit of length on it? I did a size exchange because I felt this coat was a little snug in the shoulders and I like to err on the side of my coats being a little big instead of a little small considering you’ll be wearing layers underneath.
Tart – Milla Crew Neck Knit Top
This is such a me top. I’m a huge fan of stripes and the pop of color on the sleeves and collar is just the type of extra detail I love. Again, budget. Ugh! I have quite a few stripped shirts in my closet so I couldn’t justify adding another one.
Liverpool – Denise Bootcut Jean
I have one pair of dark denim boot cut jeans and I recently got paint on them. They are also really old, like over 5 years old, and were ready for retirement. I do believe Liverpool jeans are made for my body type because they fit my slim frame but are also long enough for my long legs. These are classic, soft, and fit perfectly.
The Final Verdict
Because I *love* data…
