Christmas has been extended! My 6th Stitch Fix box arrived and it did not disappoint! This fix was a hard one to choose what to keep.
For Christmas I requested Stitch Fix gift cards. My family listened so I have a bunch of credit to play with! 🙂 I really love this service and am beginning to feel like I may have a problem because I feel addicted. The day my fix arrived, I requested to receive text message updates about the status of my package. All day long I kept saying to Michael, “My fix should be here any moment!” He told me I sounded like an addict talking about how much I can’t wait for my “fix” haha!
On to what was sent!
Market & Spruce – Chaplin Lined Hooded Anorak Jacket
I really liked this jacket and wanted to keep it. However, I already have a jacket that is somewhat similar to this one so I couldn’t justify the expense sigh. Being a responsible, frugal adult really sucks sometimes! I decided to save the money I would have spent on this jacket for my next fix.
Fate – Villanova Sweater
I love this piece! It’s really comfortable and casual. The color is perfect and I really like the zipper detail in the back. The knit details on the arms and collar add a little flair to an otherwise very simple piece. This is an every day piece that I’m sure will get a lot of wear from this mama.
Pixley – Greenich Striped Knit Top
I’m a sucker for funky details like elbow patches and mixed media tid bits. This top is soft, comfortable, and form fitting in all the right places. It is versatile and will go with everything – even red jeans! I think this top will go well with leggings as well. It’s a definite keeper!
Love my Born boots? Here’s a similar pair on Amazon:
Collette – Chilton Lace Up Back Knit Top
I REALLY wanted to like this top. I love the cute lace up detail in the back. Unfortunately, I don’t like the fit of this top. From the bust down, it billows out like a dress which is an on trend style I don’t really love.
Kut From The Kloth – Jonathan Skinny Corduroy
I requested a pair of corduroys for this fix. I really wanted to like these pants. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the color. Navy pants feel too…conservative for me. Maybe I’m wrong in feeling that way and navy pants are the deal right now. The deciding factor was the fit. I like straight leg pants but there was something off about the fit of these. I felt out of style for some reason. What do you all think? Am I right or am I just being hormonal?
Several people commented on my cute pumps. I couldn’t find this exact pair, but I found a similar pair on Amazon if you are itching for some cute classic black pumps 🙂
As always I am curious about everyone’s opinions! Please take a moment to participate in this poll!
